Approach:
For the Portland Business Alliance, Eponic implemented an online survey that property managers access from the Alliance’s website. Stakeholders enter a unique invitation code and access the survey for their respective properties. Questions are multiple choice with the option to add comments to any question for more detailed input.

Results:
Survey results are tabulated and plotted on an interactive map that allows managers to quickly identify trends, groupings and trouble spots.
